Office Consultations
At Rose Nutrition, we work with you on a one on one basis to support your nutritional needs. During an office consultation we get to know you, your goals and your body’s specific needs.
Phone Consultations
If you prefer, phone consultations are available. Nutritional supplements and your Personal Nutrition Program can be shipped via UPS.
What We Do
Non-invasive biochemical analysis conducted at our office reveals vital elements of your body’s biochemistry and its ability to convert food into fuel. This enables us to design a nutritional program that is perfectly matched to your body’s unique needs.
Iridology is the study of the irises of the eyes. An iridology exam performed during your first visit displays the inherently weak or stressed areas of your body. This allows us to target nutrients to the places you need them most.
Using a symptom survey, all your physical symptoms are analyzed to create a profile of your nutritional requirements.
Then we design, monitor and adjust your personal nutrition program. We coach and support you each step of the way to help you achieve all your health goals.
Office Consultations
Initial Consultation:
During this one and a half hour meeting, we get to know you by asking lots of questions, running a biochemical analysis of urine and saliva and performing iridology and kinesiology examinations. With this information, we create your Personal Nutrition Program, which can include suggested changes in eating habits, the addition of specialized nutritional supplements and adjustments in lifestyle. Simply fill out the Personal History and Profile, check the Initial Consultation box and submit. A Rose Nutrition Center nutritionist will contact you to set up your appointment.
Cost: $250
Follow-up Consultations:
All subsequent follow-ups are designed to keep you on the road to success, addressing any issues that arise and monitoring and adjusting your program as you progress. We make detailed suggestions about appropriate exercise, stress management, and how to use nutrition to support your body’s natural circadian rhythms (a must for weight management, improving energy and enhancing immune function).Every 6-8 weeks we run a biochemical analysis to check your metabolic efficiency (your ability to digest and absorb nutrients) and we adjust your program accordingly.
Regular follow-ups are the key to achieving your health goals.

Phone Consultations
Basic Phone Consultation:
(15 minutes): This consultation provides you an opportunity to review your Personal History and Profile with a nutritionist. During the consultation, we will answer your questions and make recommendations for basic dietary changes and supplementation. This consult is ideal for you if you are just beginning to explore the benefits of nutritional therapy. Simply fill out the Personal History and Profile, check the Basic Phone Consultation box and submit. A Rose Nutrition Center nutritionist will contact you to set up your appointment.

Half Hour Phone Consultation: (30 minutes):
During this in-depth consultation a Rose Nutrition Center nutritionist will discuss diet, therapeutic supplementation and suggest adjustments in lifestyle habits (sleep patterns, exercise and stress management). A Personalized Nutrition Program will then be designed for you. Simply fill out the Personal History and Profile, check the Half-hour Phone Consultation box and submit. A Rose Nutrition Center nutritionist will contact you to set up your appointment.

Half Hour Phone Consultation with Bio-Chemical Analysis:
This consultation includes everything the Half-hour Consultation provides plus a detailed analysis of urine and saliva samples to determine your body’s metabolic efficiency (how well you digest and absorb the food you eat). This invaluable information enables us to make sure that you get the maximum benefits from your Personal Nutritional Program.
